Is Ethereal Gold a licensed dispensary?

Yes. Ethereal Gold operates under the licenses of our coalition dispensary partners, all of which are fully licensed in their respective states. Every product we sell is sourced from licensed cultivators and manufacturers.

What states do you ship to?

We ship to all states and jurisdictions where cannabis products are legal for purchase and possession. If your state has legalized cannabis, we can likely serve you. Orders placed from restricted states will be cancelled and refunded.

Do I need a medical card to order?

For recreational products, no medical card is required — you only need to be 21 or older. Some medical-specific products may require a valid medical marijuana card, which will be noted on the product page.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, express shipping takes 1-2 business days, and same-day delivery is available in select metro areas. Orders placed before 2 PM PST on business days typically ship the same day.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on orders over $75. Under $75, standard shipping is a $5.99 flat rate. Express shipping is $14.99, and same-day delivery (where available) is $9.99.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track orders by logging into your account. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Is the packaging discreet?

Absolutely. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. Your privacy is our priority.

Are your products lab-tested?

Every product we sell passes rigorous third-party lab testing for potency, purity, and safety. Lab results (COAs) are available on each product page and can also be found on our Lab Results page.

What types of products do you sell?

We carry a full range of cannabis products including flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges, edibles (gummies, chocolate, beverages), tinctures, topicals, concentrates, soft gels, and accessories.

Do you carry CBD-only products?

Yes. We have a dedicated CBD collection featuring CBD gummies, tinctures, topicals, and more — all containing less than 0.3% THC as required by federal law.

How should I store my cannabis products?

Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep all products in their original sealed packaging when not in use. Edibles should be kept out of reach of children and pets.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. See our full Return Policy page for details.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Contact us immediately at hello@etherealgold.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will either ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.

How long do refunds take?

After we receive and inspect your return (3-5 business days), refunds are processed within 3-7 business days depending on your payment method. Crypto refunds may take 5-7 business days; CashApp and Zelle refunds take 3-5 days.

What payment methods do you accept?

Why do you not accept credit cards?

Due to federal banking regulations around cannabis, most credit card processors do not support cannabis transactions. Our alternative payment methods are secure, fast, and widely accessible.

What happens if I send the wrong payment amount?

If you overpay, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method. If you underpay, our team will contact you to arrange the remaining balance before your order is shipped.
