1. Processing Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days (Monday through Friday) are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Standard processing: 1 business day
- Peak periods: Processing may take up to 2 business days during holidays and promotional events
- Custom or bulk orders: May require 2-3 business days for processing
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship through trusted carriers to ensure your products arrive safely and discreetly. Our dispensary network allows us to ship from the nearest partner location, reducing transit time and ensuring freshness.
- Standard Shipping: USPS Priority Mail or equivalent ground service
- Express Shipping: USPS Express Mail or equivalent expedited service
- Same-Day Delivery: Available in select metropolitan areas (Seattle, Portland, Denver)
All shipments are packaged in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents for your privacy and discretion.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected method:
- Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $75
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate for orders under $75
- Express Shipping: $14.99 flat rate
- Same-Day Delivery: $9.99 (available areas only)
Promotional free shipping offers may apply during sales events. These offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
4. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Transit times vary by destination and shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
- Same-Day Delivery: Within 4-6 hours of order confirmation
Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, high order volumes, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after your package has been shipped.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also track your order by:
- Logging into your account and viewing your order history
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Contacting our support team with your order number
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Due to federal and state regulations, we can only ship to addresses within jurisdictions where cannabis products are legal for purchase and possession. We currently ship to the following types of addresses:
- Residential addresses in legal states
- Commercial addresses in legal states (adult signature required)
We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (for express and same-day shipments)
- States or jurisdictions where cannabis is not legal
- International addresses
- Military APO/FPO addresses
Orders placed with an ineligible shipping address will be cancelled and refunded.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, depending on the circumstances:
- Reship your order at no additional cost
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method
- Provide store credit for future purchases
We may require photos of damaged products or packaging to process your claim. Please retain all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
8. Signature Requirements
To comply with regulations and ensure responsible delivery, an adult signature (21+) may be required for certain orders. The recipient must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery.
- Orders over $150 require an adult signature
- Orders containing certain restricted products require a signature regardless of value
- Same-day deliveries always require an adult signature and ID verification
If no eligible adult is available to sign, the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup at a local facility.
