1. Return Eligibility
At Ethereal Gold Dispensary, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date
- The product is in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging
- The product has not been used, consumed, or tampered with
- You have a valid order confirmation or receipt
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used cannabis products (flower, pre-rolls, concentrates)
- Opened or partially consumed edibles, gummies, beverages, or tinctures
- Vape cartridges that have been attached to a battery or used
- Topicals with broken seals
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Clearance or final-sale items (marked as non-returnable at checkout)
- Accessories that show signs of use
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact us at hello@etherealgold.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
- Wait for approval — our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days
- Ship the item — pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided with your RMA. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Receive your refund — once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
4. Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 3-5 business days. After approval:
- Cryptocurrency: Refunds issued within 5-7 business days to the original wallet
- CashApp: Refunds issued within 3-5 business days
- Zelle: Refunds issued within 3-5 business days
- Store credit: Available immediately upon approval
You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed. If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for unopened products in their original packaging. To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- The replacement item must be of equal or lesser value (you will be refunded the difference if lesser)
- If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be charged the difference
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your original item, the replacement will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at hello@etherealgold.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will either ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges. You may be asked to return the damaged item, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label in that case.
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been processed and shipped. To cancel:

- Include your order number in the cancellation request
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled — you will need to initiate a return instead
